Shipping & Turnaround Time

We offer free local pickup from Keswick, Ontario. You can select pickup at checkout, and an email will be sent with pickup instructions. 

PLEASE NOTE - Sweatshirts and t-shirts are available by free local pickup in Keswick, Ontario ONLY. Unless arrangements can be made before ordering to figure out shipping costs and the best way to get your order shipped to you.

Our turnaround time typically is 3-5 business days (not including shipping). If you have a special event that you need your order quickly, please reach out prior to placing your online order. 

If you select flat-rate shipping (Canada wide only) your order will be shipped via Canada Post. You will receive an email following the completion of your online order. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam or junk folders.

PLEASE NOTE - Shipping to countries outside of Canada please send an email before ordering so we can figure out shipping costs and the best way to get your order shipped to you.

Canada Post: 3-12 business days

We are not responsible for delays in delivery. Please keep in mind there is absolutely nothing we can do to get your package to you faster after we have left it in the hands of the courier company. If you have a tracking number, please check this prior to reaching out. 

We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. 

If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change; however, it is not guaranteed. 

Shipping Rates: 

Instead of automatic calculated shipping rates, we have decided to charge a flat shipping rate to reduce the amount you have to pay at checkout for Canada wide orders only.
